Briana became a licensed massage therapist because she has a passion for improving the health and lives of those around her. She completed her training at the Baltimore School of Massage and became state licensed in March 2013. In December 2012 she became Nationally Certified through NCBTMB (National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork). January of 2013 she received her A.A in Therapeutic Massage from FCC. In April 2014 she became certified in Medical Massage. She caters to each of her clients' individual needs by using a variety of techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, medical massage, myoskeletal alignment, sports massage, trigger point, and cryotherapy.
In her free time she loves to spend time outside and be active. Whether it be taking a class, traveling, running, mountain biking, rock climbing, yoga or taking her family hiking. She is a volunteer Maryland State EMT and FireFighter for a Frederick County Department.
